KOSHA MSDS Existing Substance less than 1 TPA / KOSHA MSDS

For an MSDS already prepared, a person who manufactures or imports classified chemical substances and mixture shall submit an MSDS before the deadline. For less than 1 tpa, it is by 16 January 2026.

Companies manufacturing/importing Priority Existing Chemical (PEC) with a quantity above 1 TPA need to submit Standard Registration after December 31, 2024 (if the Phase One Registration Number received before January 1, 2020)
